Such a great day was had with Corinna ⚡who came up from London to the InReach Pilates studio for a day of makeup, skincare and the odd drink or two. I have followed Corinna for over a year and have always been drawn to her style and delivery. It was great to have an expert in their own field come to the studio to share their knowledge and expertise with a lovely group of people; some of whom were on a break from Pilates! This also marks the first collaboration for InReach Pilates and were looking forward to the next. Thanks to everyone who attended and thank you for your time Corinna, see you soon – Louise x

Here’s Claire’s story…
“Five years ago I got a pain in my hip. The pain escalated, got worse and eventually turned into sciatica, basically I could barely walk. I’d slipped several discs in my back and subsequently spent a lot of time on the floor unable to work. Physiotherapy helped but then I was recommended Pilates, nothing helped me more than regularly participating in a class which I have done ever since.
I loved it so much I started my training as a Pilates teacher!
Join me and dedicate an hour a week to improve posture, muscle tone and balance and to reduce aches, pains and life’s stresses!”
